Carburetor would have to be readjusted. Conversion to 6 volt battery for better starting. Started with battery charger without problems. Currently parked dry with Aspen 4. Tank does not rust. Hoses are tight. Videos with running engine and pump are available and can be sent. Pump is running. Dry suction test not successful. Water drain valve defective.
